Found this on my Yahoo Business page today.

" want to tell Kingwood and the surrounding area this company is awesome. They take pride in their work and it shows. I had the outside of my home pressure wash recently. The job was done in a day and the outcome was wonderful. Thank you clean and green solutions for outstanding work. Job well done!"

This was from a customer that caledl me while on vacation and asked us to clean her home before she got back.
 
Sweet. Keeping customers happy is what its all about. You have a customer for life right there. If every customer is just as pleased just think of all the repeat business you will be doing every year. Keep up the great work Doug.
 
Awesome! Those kind of comments out there will be read by others and allow you to bid on more jobs and give you the ability to charge a premium for your services. Great job!!

Remember..
VALUE is all about the "sustainable" relationship.
and shouldn't be so surprizing, but..
since 2/3 of your competitors think cheap-pricing gets the business,
he wonders how you took his contract,
make more money per hour,
and get referrals like the example above.

I don't sell cheap crap equipment, and you don't sell cheap crap sevices. Eh?

..sustainability.. I love that word. :grin:

..I just wished I had learned it sooner.. like before my first marriage. :speechless:
