Helping Precision Pro Wash in South Carolina

It said on his comments that they hotel wanted to limit the crane time which I didn't realize so that certainly makes sense given how hard it would beto give each area extra attention since I'm sure you could be there all month getting everything!

Thanks Jeff for a professional Experienced reply.

There several areas were you can still see black stains & streaks but it happens to us too. I actually write it up on dryvit stucco and concrete type buildings, that all stains may not come off all the way. Unless they want to pay restoration prices. Most dont want to pay the extra and most see that 90% or more of the stains and streaks are gone and are happy with the finished product. Totally restoration isnt needed if they maintain yearly but some of those stains I am seeing in the pictures have been there a few years or more

Its all what their expectations are and it 's where you explain what they get for this price or what they get for the higher price. Do they want a basic wash or restoration, I bet they paid for a basic wash and I am sure Pat put a little extra into cleaning many of those stains, some were on the extreme level

I never promise miracles when properties don't do regular maintenance washing. Most Dryvit Stucco warrenties actually say it should be washed EVERY 6 months, at least on many warrenties I have seen of high rise hotel and condo towers here at the beach

It all comes down to what they pay for, how its been maintained and the contractor explaining what they are getting in the proposal

I know many companies have said we'll make you property look brand new and in the end the only brand new looking buildings are the ones that are brand new. then you have contractors give a basic wash price and then killed themselves in labor, time and specialty chemicals trying to do much more. You have to look at a property close to know how its going to come out

I never try to over sell, I try to give them the truth and explain why

Its just like gutter scrubbing, black streaks all over gutters. 95% of the properties I wash could use hand washing of gutters with gutter cleaning chemical. 99.8% of the properties choose not to pay the extra it costs to clean the exterior of the gutters. I would clean every single gutter exterior if it was up to me, it makes properties look much nicer but if you have gutters 2, 3, 4 stories up, you can't give that as a freebie on 5, 10, 20, 30+ buildings. Most properties want a good basic wash and thats usually enough if they are washing every 12-18 months.

I have a few properties that pay for gutter scrub out of hundreds, it makes them look great, but they pay for it

To expect brand new is unrealistic on many properties. Its all what you help them set their expectations at

I love those Photos
