Pump Mounting suggestions?

I noticed a stress crack on my Landa PGHW Pump Mounting Bracket when I installed a new TS2021 a few months ago.

Well, now it is completely broken on the pulley side, and the pump is flopping around on the skid and I keep spinning belts.

The problem with using the Pump Feet that came with the pump is, I would still need to raise the pump to clear the pulley from the skid.

Should i just modify the Pump Feet that came with the pump, by adding 3/4" spacers with longer bolts between the top of the brackets and the bottom of pump?

Or should I try to find a replacement bracket from Landa or elsewhere?

Any suggestions?

You can do what I did with mine. I used the small rails to mark the holes on a 3" piece of channel. I took it to my welder and had him fabricate it up. Only cost me $50 and it took him about 45 minutes to make both rails. If you want to see pics, just let me know. I will post them tomorrow.

is that an electric motor mounting plate that adjusts the belt tension? I think putting nuts or spacers underneath the rails would be adequate, but getting the high rails should be easy in Phoenix.

You will need a tall rail kit to get the pump up high enough. When you secure it to the base use a double flat washer on top of the bolt that goes through the base and rail. This will disperse the weight over a larger area on the rail kit and help to prevent it from breaking as fast or at all. If you have two of the short rail kits I have seen people who will stack them and bolt them together to get the height they need.

Some really good ideas!

I may have to mount the rails on 3/4" square tubing for now, just to remain operational...

With the old base out and on my work bench, I think i'll take the time to Fab-up a really cool piece of hardware.

Thanks Again!
