Good new product

Paul Honnen is a good friend of ours from Phoenix. Shelly and I have been helping him develop new air filters based on a high-tech media he produces.

We don't have ANY monetary interest in his company, we just know he's a great guy with a superb product and I'd like to put it out there for you guys.

He has a media that was designed specifically for dealing with pollen. At first he used it to make window screens so that people suffering from allergies could open their windows in the springtime and get fresh air. Now he's using that same media in an air filter form.

We have been working on a commercial filter for quite a while and are still making progress. Meanwhile his residential filters have reached the market.

Take a look and if you have allergies you might want to give one a try

I already do. I have certified about 30 or so as Sonitx trained contractors who know how to service customers the SAME way we do.

I'm not certifying them so I can go to the government and lobby for rules that eliminate my competition. I've certified them so that if a customer needs service in an area that I don't currently cover I can let the customer know that there is a contractor in that area who is trained to do business in the same manner they have been accustomed.

This is similar to the HVAC trucks you see running around with "Lennox" or "Carrier" logo's on their trucks. That logo means they have been trained and certified to work on those pieces of equipment. That doesn't mean that is the ONLY equipment they can work on. That doesn't mean they are the ONLY contractors who can competently work on that equipment. It simply means that Lennox or Carrier reps have trained them in the procedures for working on THAT equipment.

I just want everyone to be clear that there is a difference between certifying someone to do things the way your own private company does them vs certifying someone to do something the way an org wants it done so they can make all others who don't do it that way look like criminals.... i.e. KEC industry.

Tony, all you have to do to get those Carrier or Lennox stickers is sign a contract. Most companies don't do any training with the manufacturers it's just a marketing contract.

It would be cool to have a "SONITX Certified" certificate.

It would be good for marketing.

Tony, could you have some made up with your logo on them for the guys that went through your training?

You are right. The same holds true for a lot of these pw certifications. I just didn't want to open up another can of worms.
