John T, hope this all works out and you can handle the 'burden' that has been placed on you knowing about someone's life story.

I think you should have moved the thread for moderation rather than deleting it though.
 
Right when I start to give someone the benefit of the doubt and think that maybe their heart is in the right place they go and do something like that. You can't lock threads and delete them in the real world when you do stupid stuff and you feet should be held to the fire when you do it here. Serious lack of respect to peers when you delete everything that they have said.
 
His deletion powers should be revoked. That was wrong to do. Especially when he did not discuss it with anyone that I am aware of. This is what you call a loose cannon. And a total disrespect to other PWI staff members.
 
John thinks he will somehow get less slack for this...HAH.

Just like everyone in this country, just make your problems disappear, no personal responsibility. Don't want a baby, abort it. Can't afford your bills...walk away. Didn't save for retirement, make the govmt pay.

No we allow trusted staff to govern the bbs. We have this because staff is trusted. Staff has these powers , remember when a trusted staff member deleted over 2000 posts?

I guess the staff needs to figure out the situation.

I know I would have already turned the controls off, minimize future damage.
