When cleaning properties of historic significance, it is very important to choose your professional cleaner wisely! The Raney House in historic Apalachicola is irreplaceable, as are the original mill-works, wood, trim, windows...well, you get the picture!

Built in 1838 and managed by the Historical Society of Apalachicola as a museum, Spray Wash Exterior Cleaning was honored to have been selected to perform the safe, non-damaging cleaning for this unique structure.

The softwash process provided perfect results! The Historical Society was thrilled with the outcome and condition of the property.

Spray Wash Cleaned the structure with their special blend of algaecides, fungicides, detergents, and surfactants, which left the paint clean and mildew free. Additionally Softwash Systems Bleach Wash was used to neutralize any chemical residue left on the original iron works and hand cast glass windows.
