Pressure Cleaning the City of St Augustine Parking Garage

Last night, I completed High Tide's fourth major cleaning project for the City of St. Augustine. The downtown parking garage was built just 3-1/2 years ago in 450-year-old St. Augustine's historic district to serve downtown. This project marked the first time the garage's interior has been professionally cleaned. Row after row of parking spaces were covered with oil stains, drink spills and thousands of pieces of gum. This particular project was for the garage's interior concrete only, since we cleaned the exterior walls and awnings several months ago.

Good job on the parking garage cleaning, I bet they like how it turned out.

SWEET!!! We may be taking a short trip to Saint Augustine to chill out around the beginning of November. I park in that parking garage all the time. Good to know it's clean now. LOL... Don't worry David. My truck doesn't leak oil and I don't chew gum.

Awesome Job !! what type of degreaser did you use?

Just out of curiosity, did you use 300 degree heat?

Nice job there. Next time network with a sign striping company and have the fire curbs and parking lane markers done as you finish makes a tremndous impression when they see clean flooring and bright paint all at the same time.

Strait sodium hydroxide on the heavy oil stains followed by downstreaming Power Stroke over the whole parking space areas. I would treat a 15-20 space area at a time. If I had to guess, my heat probably gets to 170'.

Heck yeah help a brother out park up top and roll a drum of recycled restaurant oil down the garage as you leave.

Thanks for sharing your info on the parking garage cleaning David.

Good luck on getting more great parking garage cleaning jobs.

Did you get any video of the cleaning in progress?
