Hows everyone doing? Its been awhile since Ive posted.
I cleaned a 40K sf warehouse for an old client and he asked if I could seal it for him. He also said it needs to be cleaned on a quartely basis.
My question would be if the sealer would come up with the degreaser and hot water. If so is there one that wont?
thanks

(they had 2 broken hips due to slip and falls and realized they need to have it cleaned)

You need to find out what the old sealer is. It's not going to come up with a degreaser - it's going to be a nasty and expensive process (lots of $$) If the old sealer is INTACT (and you find out the brand), you should be able to degrease and use the same product with a non-skid additive (less costly).

Thanks, the sealer is fine but they were asking if the hot water would bring it up. and they might want it to get done once a year.

Seal n Locks super wet might do the trick, call Russ
