Insurance Compliance Depot

Is anyone being strong armed into signing with a compliance company ? Three different accounts have approached all vendors first week in Oct and are forcing us to up to 695.00 for yearly insurance auditing. I know its a write off but I despise being forced into an extortion scam that cost the Trusts nothing. Question is, would you increase your monthly or just bend over ?

Added cost to my P&L means added cost to my clients.

If you wanted synthetic oil in your car because that's what everyone is doing should the oil change place give it to you for the same price as the regular oil?

Get used to it, it's becoming more common place. Suck it up, pay the money (Cost me $800.00). I don't like it much either.

Pay it and move on. I have got $10's of thousands worth of work because other smaller companies couldn't afford it or meet the insurance requirements.

Already paid but the difference in the three providers is stagering 695.00, 85.00 & 195.00 for the last.

Not sure if it is the same thing but I had to sign up with Compliance Depot (really shoud be called Incompetence Dep. of Morons) in order to do an apartment complex this year.

After the job was finished and my insurance renewed, they started sending their demand letters for insurance and the certificates were sent and here we go for another mult-round of them being incompetent and consistently losing the certificates and phone calls back and forth. I really cannot believe how incompetent they are and selling these large corporations on using them as a middleman.

Another apartment complex I finished back in February signed up with them and again, compliance depot started sending the demand letters for coverage to work for the complex.

To do work for Sears you have to sign up with Service Live but wait, there's more! Just to bid on work with sears, you have to have Sears as a certificate holder and additional insured...........just to bid on jobs..........with no guarantee of work...........just to put a bid on a job, Wow! I just cannot believe this.

Maybe I am in the wrong business, maybe I should start one of these companies and start collecting from everyone.

Wow.
