Interior floor cleaning?

Nigel, Tony rigged up his hot water skid with a remote control that does the choke, on/off and burner. I believe it was U.S. Carburetion that sells them, I think it was like $79.00 and had a range of over 700'.

Tony has a couple youtube videos, one of it working at 405' away and another about the installation of the remote.

...About the controls..
I'm going to talk to Paul about a configuration issue, and we'll make a package.
Since my formal education is Electrical Engineering.. any combination you want, Ye shall get..
..lights, relays, whatever.

Nigel, (Mr.Analytical about everything,)
LOL
I knew you'd have a few questions for me.
The heater is a 20" version.. we wanted that water to get HOT.. and it works.
Dual 12" vacuuming surface cleaners on Tile & Grout at 1500-2000 psi and 230 degrees = $$$/hr.

Also.. notice how easily serviceable that heater is.. fuel-pressure gauge 'n all.
..wanna guess where the fuel-cell is ??
time's up.. it's a belly-tank.

The customer added a belly-tank with electric fuel pump for the gasoline too.
..and that flow switch (attempt) was up-graded to the 5000psi version Suttner Flow-switch..
there's nothing is better.. right down to the 3 amp rated magnetic-reed switch.

I just took the key switch off the unit an the burner switch and extend the wires to a box by the door, it was not all that complicated. We do carry a wireless remote setup for the units with start/stop and chemical controls as well. Perhaps this winter we can sit down an design a nice remote mount box for enclosed trucks.

Getting back to interior cleaning I just did another job cleaning generator radiators in a building for a large insurance company. Of course it was in the building so full recollection was necessary. It was a real nice job the room was about 70 degrees (outside was 34), no wind to deal with (35mph winds outside), I wish all my jobs were like that...Maybe Ill switch my specialty!

These testimonials could only boost sales, hit us up with some video too.

Paul, which Sirrocco unit do you have set up and are using?

I have the SGV 4/23 built on the vertical frame for space saving. I also had Jerry build it with the generator on it for the pumpout so that I would only have to run one engine for all my recovery.

Just add a "Low-Pressure Regulator" to your pressure washer with an adjustable temp control,
and you have a "Multi-Functional system"..
We've been doing combo P.W.-Steam and Tile & Grout systems for almost 25 years..
The last one was a 6.5 @4000 capable of 1500psi Tile & grout at 230 drgr.F.
or miltiple-wand Carpet cleaning with a Sirocco SGV.
adjustability = MultiFunctionality= Profitablity BigTime.

IF you don't want your customers to be talking to "other contractors"..
BE as "full-Service" as you can, for the most profitable customers.

I have a customer that has contracts with hospitals, and is very "happy".

Need more info on this Jerry :) What sort of low pressure regulator are we talking about. Is it a unit that will just quick couple into the hot water skid? We just purchased your 31 hp system with all the bells and whistles so I' for sure interested in interior applications. It arrives Wednesday!

At Paul event we are going to have a course on interior free Greg , three hour drive from you.

I've been washing interiors for 30 years. We might actually wash a clients place on this one.

Movie the agrees need you

I have a question about cleaning interiors in the winter that I don't see on any of the threads about interiors...what is the lowest temp you can clean with a truck mounted power washer that is exposed outside while you clean inside? What about if the equipment is mounted inside a van or box trailer?
