What are you using?
I am trying to step a little further into the computer age and quit keeping everything on a board and notepad.

Ive got a pc and an android. I'd like to find a calender that will work with both.

Any good suggestions?

Google calendar. You update one, you update both. It works great, and is free.

Yep...google calendar. Works great. You can set alarns and reminders too. Great for those repeat customers.

I hear its great, tony Swears by it. My own sales guys love it, I will not allow them to use it for private info.

I'm paranoid I guess.

We use Google Calendar as well, but I hear Service CEO is great too. http://www.insightdirect.com/ but it costs like 5K. Google Calendar is free and works great for me.

Yep, I'm not interested in spending quite that much...

I haven't really tried google calender. I didn't think it would do the reminders and what not.

Ron, Im fooling around with the wonder list. It seems pretty cool, but may be limited. Do you use it?

Chris, outlook is supposed to be good. Especially the delay send feature for emails and such.
I've been using my iPad and Android for scheduling, notes and reminders etc.
I'm going to look into Google calendar.
Not sure if all of this is what your looking for.

Chad, I haven't used outlook but have heard its great.

This android phone may be one of the best things Ive bought. You cant beat being able to google something or check gmail on the fly.

Ive been using the wonder list app for only a few days now and its awesome. Everything that had normally been buried on a list in a notepad is arranged right at my fingertips.

There are a few more things it could do, but for a free app its great so far.

Chris I searched "wonder list" in the app market and it doesn't come up. Is there another name.

I posted this in another thread.
We found a good customer manager program Method CRM. They link with Quick Books. There is one for QB Desktop and one for QB online. We are figuring it out. They have a scheduling and invoicing program that links everything also. I think it will work rather well once we learn it and customize it for our self. You can find it here http://www.methodintegration.com/Home.aspx

I like it since it syncs with our quick books online.
