Largest roof cleaning company in history

What happened to the video Ron?

So if I understand this correctly, both AC and his dad have nothing to do with Mallard systems?

Yes, AC Lockyer and Al Lockyer SR have Nothing to do with Mallard Systems anymore.
AC relinquished all interests in Mallard Systems to his Father, Al Lockyer Senior, years ago.
Al Lockyer SR sold 1/2 the interest in Mallard Systems to his partner some months ago, and recently sold ALL Interests in Mallard Systems to the same partner.

Thanks for clearing that up.

I guess that's the end to era

Looks like it ?
Here is the email I received from my friend Al Lockyer Sr yesterday concerning the Mallard Systems situation.
Hi Chris, Hope all is well with you. It's been awhile since we talked and I was thinking of you and thought I would drop a note and bring you up to speed.Well as you already knew,I sold half of Mallard to Bob Qualters.Shortly after he bought in we came to the realization that we maybe a little too much alike and that would possibly create a leadership problem.I decided that Mallard would be better served if I stepped away,so I sold the other half to Bob.I remembered telling you that I would be remaining half owner of Mallard and when I said that it was the fact.Well, I am sort of retired for the moment how ever I still have to make an income ,but for the moment I will rest.I hope to one day be in Tampa and would still like to buy you dinner.Chris it is rare that competitors can be real with each other and I think that comes natural to you!!You are always an encouragement to many.Stay strong in this world and stay close to Jesus.God bless and I will talk to you soon. Your friend Al Sr.

Nice Email Chris. That's how competitors should get along. You guys are an inspiration.
Thanks Brother Tony !
Mallard Systems of Orlando Florida came to Tampa many many years ago. Their marketing was great for business, and they certainly were not "low priced competition".
One day, I drove to a local Tampa Pressure Washing Supply place, and got out of my truck. It was way after hours, and some of the local cleaning guys were outside.
When I walked up, one cleaning contractor said "Mallard left Tampa, we kicked their ass back to Orlando" !!!!!
I just gave him a blank stare, and said "Mallard Systems were the best thing that ever happened to the roof cleaning business in Tampa"

What a bunch of Idiots these guys were, proud of the fact they priced their services so low that Mallard Systems made a business decision to go back home.
Little do these price cutters realize that once you lower the price in a neighborhood, that's the NEW Price !
These idiots took roofs we used to get 600 for down to 350.00 !!!!!!!!

It's not just the local lowballers Chris, the national companies lowball the same way. They do an even worse job than the lowball locals but the local managers are stuck with them because some corporate beancounter thinks he is saving money by throwing work to the national lowballers.
