It's about that time. If you have not thought about fall postcards or flyers, now is a good time to do it. Remember to change the message to reflect the time of year it is so you get their attention.

Here are a few suggestions:

Protect your deck from winter's harsh elements

Protect your deck before the weather turns

Reminder - Gutter Cleaning Time!

It's been two years since you protected your deck

Call today!

Hope these help....

No problem! I've been a little more scarce that I would like to be.

For those who don't have a program for creating postcards, flyers, brochures, etc..... If you are working just in MS Word, there is a better way, that you will LOVE. Get a copy of MS Publisher. It's inexpensive, and comes with many templates and features. It also allows you to use photos and logos you may have. I have created numerous things with it.

Ok, off my soap box...

I have thought about making a calendar and offering different specials at different times of the year.
I would theme out every month and try something different.

I’m going to start this and really follow through, I do a lot of marketing. I always need more ideas, I love the market end of the business. I think being able to market is what keeps my sanity. Now the hard part is what is it going to cost to make a calendar that I can not only give to existing customers but potential one as well?

The calendar is a great idea. I have not priced calendars, but would be willing to bet they are not inexpensive.

I thinks a calander is the key, however, not for handing out to perspective or current customers. I think it will be most beneficial to you to try a different service, or slogan each month and calender which one or ones were your top performing advertisement. Once you know what your top performing advertisement is you can then allocate your financial resources accordingly.
