Burner not working

I bought a machine a while back that was missing the pump, I replaced it and a few other things. I hooked the burner up, and when you turn it on you can feel like there is air blowing but no heat. Im pretty sure its wired up right. Any suggestions?

Was it missing the fuel pump for the burner or the pump for the pressure washer?

grab a pair of pliers,
an 8" adjustable,
a couple screwdrivers,
a voltmeter,
a large paperclip,
..and call, me from in front of the machine.
