Last Tuesday my heater quit working while on a job doing gum removal. Called Paul and he helped me over the phone, (sent pics to him via text messaging) and figure out what the problem was, ordered the part and shipped it that day. Got it in today, called him and he helped me through replacing it. Just wanted to publicly thank Paul for taking the time to help me, he was extremely patient with me, as I am not very mechanically inclined. While he helped me diagnose the problem on Tuesday, he was repairing one of his rigs at the same time. Then today, as he helped me get the part on, he was going through some, let's say personnel matters, that was getting his attention as well. But he was extremely patient and attentive in helping get me back up and running.
