Jerry's Bullet Proofing Instruction

Those are definitely some great highlights! The chemicals and corrosion really take a toll on an electrical system. Has anyone heard of liquid tape? They use it on boats a lot. Might be a good answer for PW electrical connections.

I use water-proof "sticky" grease to protect electrical,
because you can wipe it off, and move on..
Anything that slows down serviceability is not helping you in the Long-Term.

Thanks for the video Tony ! ..and the warm hospitality. :{)

If the need comes up for me to buy a NEW skid - after seeing how Jerry "bulletproofs" a skid - I would have to say I would buy one of his Bulldog skids.

I didn't know this, but apparently he takes the manufacturer's product, say, a Kohler engine for example, and "fixes" the known trouble spots in those engines when he manufactures the skid. Same thing for all the other components.

This is skid manufacturing on steroids.

A little bird told me there is someone else who just bought some stuff who might have benefited from Jerry's "bulletproofed" skids. I wonder if they will chime in? Who knows?

Good video Tony

I hope to meet "Mr bulletproof" .... "Woorkspeed" Jerry soon.

I can tell you his 3 port 21" surface cleaner out performed the single 21" mosmatic with the same supplied vacuum and required less effort to move, this was confirmed by others present, hope Jim Gamble could get the video out. Jerry wish you had made this comparison video before now.

Where was that test done Nigel? Who's equipment?

I have seen videos of the single port vacuum surface cleaners working good but they had a huge vacuum system behind them, probably bigger than 400 cfm's running to do the same job as a smaller blower with Jerry's vacuum surface cleaner so the efficiency win would go to Jerry and his equipment.

I will say Jerry helped me a lot, a whole lot, after a pretty heavy failure on the part of a supplier. I really would not have blamed him if he had told me to jump in a lake. I probably would have deserved it. Wiht his help, it is all under control now.

Unfortunately Jerry's bulletproofing can't idiot proof a company.

I changed one ignition switch while Jerry was here and had another one to change that just came in yesterday.

Somehow I got two wires crossed.

Does anyone care to guess what I'm out buying today?

I'm an idiot.

Been there done that Tony...more than once. I have a special product that I can send you that will completely idiot proof your company, forever. However if you don't apply it correctly it will not work...directions not included.

Jerry is a great resource for contractors. He takes a lot of care in designing his equipment making sure service is not a challenge in the future as well as making them DURABLE. Nice job Jerry.

The demo was done in a garage a couple weeks ago, Jim Gamble and Robert Hinderliter both filmed me perform an in depth "under the hood" and side by side comparison of the both 21" vac surface cleaners (mosmatic 21" new model, sirocco second latest model {3 port}), conneted to engine drive driven vacuum frame 5 garden denver (trottled half speed) at 100' of 2" each (conducted separately) .

I am yet to get a copy of the file.

I clearly have the most over-analyzed equipment in this industry.

All the testing comes up with the same answer..
You need to work WITH our equipment
You need to come to our Certification programs,
You need to come to our Troubleshooting and BulletProofing seminars,
You can have faith in us.
We prove it every day.

Some heads are harder than others, lol...

I analyze a lot of things Jerry, its my nature

would you be at the ACR event in PA?

On a serious note Jerry, just as you say "compelling demo", a video would have gone a long way with advertising the advantages of your builds, (get the videos out Jerry)

Thanks for the info.

I thought Jim was against vacuum systems? Maybe he has changed his mind?

There are some modifications that are made to surface cleaners and more to vacuum surface cleaners that make them work a lot better.

Jerry has some great vacuum recovery equipment for all kinds of cleaning jobs.

I have seen most of the vacuum surface cleaners out there perform, some on the internet and some in person and I am guessing that Jerry's vacuum surface cleaner did a lot better job in recovering the wash water than the other vacuum surface cleaner, even when using a larger vacuum blower system. I am also guessing that Jerry's vacuum surface cleaner probably had to be adjusted as it was wanting to "stick to the ground" more than the other vacuum surface cleaner with the larger vacuum system being used unless it was the new Mosmatic multi-port vacuum tool tested against the Sirocco.

It must be very good. Chris S. helped Jerry with a demo and now he wants one. Especially for those large plaza areas that take forever to rinse.

I wonder if it would be feasible to have a seperate vacuum squeegie that is straight and adjustable maybe to an 8 or 10 ft swath to vacuum large areas quickly instead of rinsing?

There are some vacuums that look like shop vacs that have a curved squeegee on the front that are about 24" across that work good on smooth concrete.

The swabby had a 48" cleaning path with a curved squeegee that looked like it did a good job vacuuming up the water, the squeegee would be larger than the surface cleaned due to the curve, I think anything larger would be hard to control and probably be flimsy but a 3' or 4' wide curved squeegee with wheels on it to help it roll would be a good idea, maybe get one off the back of one of those tennant scrubbers. Again, these work good on smooth surfaces, not sure how good they would squeegee the water on rough concrete or even broom finish concrete.

Vac-Squeegees !??
call me..
I can make those reliable too.
I'll be calling you about that Tony.

..
and yes, I WILL be at the ACR event !!
FOR SURE !!

Jerry has a great Course in Bullet proofing
I finally got this video together.

This is just a VERY small sampling of the information we were able to take in.

I can't say enough about Jerry's knowledge and ability to pass it on.

Thanks again Jerry!

Jerry, will you have your bulletproofing class at Paul K.'s event in Milwaukee? I think that people would be interested.

Paul has a busy schedule planned, but..
If there is time, between the other classes, I will sprinkle in some bulletproofing info
Especially if there is a rig present.
