Hey guys trying to work on a quote for a brick building. It's 2 stories high and almost 20,000 sq. ft. It's a basic cube like building. No crazy ledges or anything. Lot's of water connections.

It's a brand new building not even dirty. Just has pollen and dust on it so it will need just a soft wash.

They want it done twice a year.

Doing their window cleaning too for them so I'm trying to work out a deal.

Normally charge $100 per 1,000 sq. ft. but seem like it might be to high for this.

What do y'all think?[h=2][/h]

Shaun is in the ballpark. Brick doesn't get very dirty around here so on a new clean building like that we might not use any chems, hot water maybe. You have to be able to know how long it will take to do the job. You should be able to do that in a day so charge what you would for a day. Maybe it will only take a half day, charge according to your best estimation. We are rarely called out to clean a new clean building so you may adjust the price down since you may be there half the normal amount of time.

This is what I was looking for. Thanks Shaun!

Why not just do your hourly rate times the max number of hours you think it will take. Then take that number and compare to your sqft price and do what feels right and what you think it's worth. say it takes 8 hours @120/hr= $960. sqft=$2000 Then Ide probably go with $1350. just my .02.
