Winter coil work

We've got 46 more of these to do next week in addition to some bigger ones and other stuff. These are about 4 ft tall, about 16 ft wide.

This was a bad one, hadn't been cleaned in over 16 years. It is a double coil. Someone cleaned the right part a few times over the years but the left had never been opened to clean:

A two inch swipe with the fin comb brought out this:

These are waterfed coils. A lot of the cleaning had to be done within that 2 inch space to the right in the second picture. the two coils couldnt be separated.

We clean any HVAC fin type.coils. 0 to 4000 psi. 0 to 23 gpm. Room temp to 325 degrees. Plain water to "better rinse it quick, it's SMOKIN'!"

And everythingin between.

Great job on the coil cleaning Tony!

Nice Tony, is this the one that was 700 ft away?

Not this one. Funny thing is the Hvac company walked us through and said the shortest way to the unit was up one flight of stairs, down two hallways, up another flight, through an open restaurant, across the casino floor and in front if a bar. About 1000 ft.

Realizing all indoor units vent to the outside I showed them how we could park on the street outside. And come through the vent.

Total hose used...... about 100 ft . lol.
