North America's Premier Pressure Washing Website

Nice to make your acquaintance Pat. I hope you didn't take too much offense with my comment about SEO companies being notorious for taking advantage of people.

In my defense, Sure you can outrank wiki and yellow pages but they have the scales tipped in their favor in terms of traffic/popularity, so yes it is harder as you pointed out. As I said that's only one factor. Relevancy is a major factor in SEO and why in a tough market or a major city you will unlikely find the like you pointed out in the number 1 spot.

I'm not talking about having the same keywords repeated over and over again to the point of ridiculousness, but the fact is, search engines are looking for keywords in key places. If you want to rank on the front page, you must give them what they are looking for. That's the definition of SEO. How can one expect to rank for the search term "pressure washing anywhere" if anywhere is not listed in the content or any of those other places. Some of those places I mentioned to include in your keywords, are not visible to the customer, or the customer will rarely notice, so it will not look spammy. This website will not be spammy.

Having a sub domain on an authority site, means you will inherit authority from that site. No it is not an authority yet but I have the uttermost confidence that it will be in a very short time and have discounted rates considerably in the interim, whilst we establish our authority.

Google is very efficient at delivering search results pertaining to the particular search, therefore this website has a natural advantage and that is why it is a premium domain worth a lot more than a normal domain. "North America's Premier Pressure Washing Website" is a bold statement but we don't back away from it. To quote Eminem...."Success is my only option, failure's not!"

We have turned away many companies interested in this concept already in pre launch because their position has already been filled, so it is and will always be a sought after commodity. It can't be had, once a position is full and things in demand in low quantity are valuable. These positions will be extremely valuable to every member in the coming years. Not just as an excellent source of revenue, but as an asset to their business!

I'm not looking to sell this site. I plan to hang onto it for the rest of my life. It's more than a business, it's a passion.

I sold my share of http://PressureCleaning.com.au 3 years ago to my brother who owns 100%, to focus on other things including life in the USA. I no longer have anything to do with that website but was instrumental in it's creation. It is the most trafficked website in Australia for the industry and enjoys multiple front page rankings for nearly all of its members and many organic number 1 spots.

My sole focus is pressurewashing.net. SEO is and will always be paramount. No black hat techniques, no automated back linking programs spamming the web. I have learned many things in the past 5 years since the establishment of pressurecleaning.com.au, I know those lessons will serve me well in the future with pressurewashing.net.

The new site is being developed with an emphasis on a cleaner look and feel. Each sub domain will be an interface into each member's primary websites, which should always be the showcase. It is meant to give members control over their sub domains, to allow constant updates for SEO purposes only. That is priority not flash animation or fancy design.

I'm Looking forward to launch along with many confirmed members from all over North America. Looking forward to dominating the SERP's and delivering an excellent return on investment for all members.

Goodnight from Naples Fl.

This website listing offer will be good for one purpose and one purpose only. To provide you a distinct link to a SEO friendly key word search term. However, if they actually invest resources in marketing their brand nationally and driving traffic to the site it could very well be a ROI value. As I read this they are offering a simple distinct link for a monthly price that could attractive to search engines. But as we all know, this is one tool in the bag and therefore pay accordingly. Different companies pay for links or search terms regularly. At a reasonable cost this is a good value. It would be even stronger if they domain was a .com. At the end of the day links are links, search terms are search terms. If you are in the game to win it, them have as many as possible in your tool chests is a wise move. Owning an exclusive one is even wiser.
