A Question for the experts on grease ductwork

I'm fairly new to this business and have come across a job that has me stump. I did an estimate on a Chinese grease hood that has horizontal ductwork that goes approx 40 feet with curves in the duct work. I took off the access panels which in which there are only 4 and it really looks like it hasn't been cleaned right in years. So I'm there racking my brain on how do i clean the curves in this duct work with very tough chinese grease??? I do have a magnetic duct scrapper with a 16 foot pool but when i extend the pole out on one part of the duct work run and with such tough grease it pole bends a bit and just skips on the grease. The access panels are to small for anyone to crawl inside and scrape. SO IS THERE ANY SUGGESTIONS FROM ANYONE ON CERTAIN TOOLS OF THE TRADE OR CHEMICALS OR FOAMERS.... ANYTHING THAT COULD HELP ME ON THIS ISSUE???? Please!!! Thank you

install a few more access doors if possible... and crawl and scrape.... charging properly for the doors might make the entire cleaning worth it too

How big is the duct? bigger than 20 x 20? Is there enough access to get inside?
