Environmental Pressure Washing Event Phoenix Arizona 2012

There are a lot of companies out there selling vacuum recovery systems and equipment, seems like technology is getting better every year.

The height adjustment on the surface cleaner makes all the difference with the resistance to push it. If you set them where the skirt just barely touches the ground you can get good recovery and little additional effort required. If they are off the ground you can wash without recovery and use them like a regular surface cleaner. If they are tight to the ground they will recover a little better but the resistance can make them difficult to push. Whats the key? Adjust the height properly and you will be happy with the system.

Thats the obvious adjustments Paul, the not so obvious adjustments are:

Vacuum: cfm and lift at the tool (which is affected by the length and size of vac hose),

Volume/psi of water,

..............and one variable that you cannot change, the surface to be cleaned.....its texture/contours
