Environmental Pressure Washing Event Phoenix Arizona 2012

A) If they did, they did so with the assistance of two Environmental directors in attendance, without notifying other PWNA members and contractors in the vicinity.

B) If they didn't, then Jim Cooney is a flat out liar.

Which scenario is preferable?

Maybe some of the attendees can clear this up. Is is A or B?

This time the attendees are forced to take a side. A non-response can only be interpreted as acceptance of both scenarios as being okay.

(I am preparing for the sound of crickets again)

The way I read this is that they did meet with EPA officials, however I highly doubt thy did.

That is only my opinion Guy....I could be wrong, but my belief that the statement they met with EPA officials is Option B in Tony's post. IF Robert Hinderliter were to come on here and tell us they did meet with EPA officials and HE WAS THERE AND PRESENT for the meeting then I would believe him. If Gamble and Cooney say they are the only ones that met with EPA officials, not sure I would believe that. But again, that's my own theory. I have been wrong a time or two before.

Doug I was addressing Tom since it seems he attended. He would know if there was a meeting with the EPA or not. He indicated there was no meeting while it's already been posted there was a meeting. I am just seeking clarification so as dispel any confusion.

Tom, how many Contractors attended?

So, this was an official PWN* event that was not mentioned to their members, having a meeting with city officials without letting the members know beforehand so others could not attend. Why would they not want the members to know what they are doing?

Why would they not want the pwna members to know about this official event? I am sure that the pwna members would want to be at an event where they are showing the latest in recovery equipment. I know that I would want to attend to see the latest in recovery equipment that is out there.

Since this pwna official event was not mentioned or promoted, I wonder why this is?

They would not be having an ulterior agenda that is hidden from the rest of the pwna would they, being officials in the pwna?

Why would the pwna have an event where they did not mention to their members about it, what it was for, what it was about beforehand?

I just don't understand why the pwna would have an event where it could benefit the members but not tell them about it so the members could attend, why would they do this?

I would like to understand what is going on.

I knew about this event shortly after it happened. I understand that it was a private event. That would all be fine and dandy if it was a bunch of contractors getting together to discuss new equipment or methods or just to shoot the bull. The permit you have to discharge into the storm drain will be voided, if and when this goes through.

That post changes the entire event from a private event to a private conspiracy to drive out local contractors in an attempt to raise prices through coercion of officials.

It is a despicable way to do business. This isn't just "politics" Nigel, this is an immoral attempt to harm contractors who are doing nothing wrong and drive them out of business.

If you were unaware of what Jim was doing in Phoenix behind your back, maybe it's time for you to re-evaluate your trust.

According to this release by Cooney, this event was for "Environmentally Responsible Pressure Washing Contractors" - Anyone reading that would be left to believe that the local contractors who were not there were "NOT" Environmentally Responsible Pressure Washing Contractors".

This isn't fun and games or just matters of opinion anymore.

When I saw what JG wrote I couldn't believe it. If this isn't a threat I don't know what is. So I guess the P$NA supports this type of "So Called" Clear Voice???......... Unbelievable!!!!

I won't tell you about the other two Channels...yes they are not SEO for pressure washing or cleaning. I'm too smart for that, people won't find them looking for those words.

Apparently there are only a few of us who realize the conspiracy unfolding in front of us. We are going to need more than 5 or 6 of us to be fed up with this and speak out.


Is there anoyone else who sees how dangerous this behavior is?
 
I almost want to stand in disbelief but it's not a joke...and they are working their way East no doubt
