Theres a few guys here that work other states, most just avoid the laws of others states. I'm not telling you too, just explaining what reality is.
You will see guys here all the time saying it, you will see others pissed about it.
I'm in a state that requires 1 tons to have commercial licensed, I kept them plated in domicile. I'm legal as long as they are not permanent vehicles in the state.

We own and operate a great Cleaning Service in Phoenix Arizona as well as provide fantastic
Pressure Washing services.
Some of it deals with the vehicle itself like is it over the 26,000 pounds?
If so, you need a CDL.
If you have a CDL and If you go out of the 100 or 150 air miles (depending on your area) you will have to log your hours.
There are more things than this but this will give you an idea.
Explain the vehicle and/or trailer, weight capacity or actual weight, how many gallons or pounds of chemicals you have on the vehicle, etc..... a lot of guys here can help you out.
