Funniest Roof Cleaning Tool I have ever seen, reminds of the ??????

That's the pitch witch, I have one of those.

They work great for blasting stuff off the surface, nothing like pressure washing the granules off the shingles.

I have used the pitch witch for removing paint off clay tile roofs when they wanted to re-paint the tiles.

I had to put 5 pound weights on each side so it would not launch up in the air anymore, otherwise it would fly up into the sky.

I used to use one of those. Accually we made one of these with 4 wheels, weighted it down and use it from the peak lowering it down and then back up.
Tom Vogal and I were going to manufacture and sell them at one time.

Innovative Pressure Cleaning does not promote using any pressure on roofs. We have been servicing the New Jersey area since 1992. 10 years left and I will be selling our company.

In Houston Texas, Katy Memorial Roof Cleaning does not use a pressure washer nor a harmful pitch witch in our roof cleaning procedure. Our Roof Stain Removal System leaves no yucky mold mildew removal sludge residue in your yard like a lot of our competitors do. That is the benefit of hiring a seasoned professional roof cleaner who uses the proper roof cleaning solutions and knows how to correctly clean your roof. Any company that is not applying chlorine based solutions approved by the Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association (ARMA) to clean your roof is not killing the spores of the bacteria that is growing on your roof. Therefore those companies set you up for a maintenance contract because it will need cleaning sooner.

Texas Roof Cleaning uses this pitch witch to blast off the granules of customers roofs instead of killing the spores like ARMA reccomends.

I have a pitch witch recently giving to me by another fellow pressure washer who said it works great. I've never used it because it seems bulky and akward even with the wheels. So what's the verdict? Use it or skip it?
