Recording office phone conversation

Got it. I'm currently paranoid to extract myself from sales and put it all in other peoples hands.

You shouldn't , most here make that mistake. Build a solid program that works before you put it into anyone's hands.

Here in Texas if you are going to record the phone conversation you have to tell the other person.

A lot of times now when you call companies there is a message that the phone calls are recorded for training purposes before you get to speak to anyone, I guess that takes care of it all.

In Arizona as long as 1 side of the conversation knows the call is recorded then it is legal. Ron is right every state is different. But if you were in AZ you would legally be allowed to record calls as long as the salesman knows they are being recorded, your customer does not need to know legally.

As for ways to get it done. Both of these VOIP companies offer call recording http://www.patlive.com/ and http://www.vocalocity.com/ I personally use Vocalocity. I use to use Com Voice but their service was terrible.

Good Luck
