Tried today for 6 hrs to talk to someone to order about 900.00 worth of stuff.....Was told they did not have time for someone to talk to me. Did not use to be like this but I guess they have to much business now.......
 
That is a shame Gene, I guess so many businesses don't need the extra business. I am sure another good vendor out there will be more than happy to take your money and give you some good service.
 
I tried to order sosoft and some defoamer from them several weeks ago, ordered on a thursday, called Tuesday to ask about my order, they said the woman was on the phone and they would let me know. Didnt hear nothing by Thursday so I sent an email, no response, call the next week after that, got the same story, the time before that I had the same problems as well. Seems like they need to find some new help. Fortunatley I found someone else to order from now.
 
Petes wife broke her arm recently as well so I know that probably has slowed things down some since she usually worked the phones and orders

Who told you that gene ? A newbie , I'm sure Pete will call you to find out. Or maybe they are busy?

If you need things, do what you have to do, even if that means ordering from another vendor, we all have to keep on working, even if vendors don't have time to call you back or if they don't want your money.

Bob, Russ J., Paul K., and other vendors out there will help you I am sure.
 
Hi Ya'll. Please let me address this post.

Gene - I had been given your messeage and would have called you back with five minutes of your last call but was not given that oppurtunity. I asked for you to wait while I finished with the UPS driver that was currently at the shop. Instead you told the person on the line to "delete your account" and you would go elswhere. I was quite willling to answer the question about what would take Sikkens off of wood. I see you are quick to go on this site and post how I wouldn't seem to help you, but couldn't you have done a search here or asked the question to the pro's here for an answer? I relize we have a rep as wood care proffesionals and I certainly want to keep that rep. Yesterday was a mess of a day. I was sick the day before. Another employee was out that day and orders were very heavy. I wanted to speak with you and would have, but when a question is asked about a product we do not even handle, we have to prioritize. It wasn't like we didn't want to help. We were just overwhelmed and needed to handle business prior to answering questions. I would have gotten to you prior to days end. I just wasn't given the chance.

To address the past order problems anyone has had...there has been some staff who have lost sight of our most important mission, to fill orders promptly and to communicte with you. That will no longer be tolerated here. Personel changes have already been implimented and they will be held to a high level of standard. We are utilizing the strengths of each individual here to improve our service and that may seem to the customer like strange changes. I assure you it was needed and you will see a marked difference. While I still handle questions, I have to ask that a messae be left if I do not immediatly answer so I can give you the respect and attention I try to give every customer. I hate to make anyone wait, but it happens. With 12 years of an excellent service record from me it is hard to make folks wait, but I have some different duties and still will make sure you get your inquires handled.
I welcome anyone with a past unresolved issue to contact me at 770-277-9924 ext 25 so I can know the problem. I will get with the owner to get it resolved as quick as possible and to fix whatever internal issues we may have also.
I respect this community and appreciate the chance to respond to this post.

Guys Competition is always good, of course everyone has the right to use whom ever they want, I think Sunbrite coming on an addressing speaks highly they had issues.

We all as business men have issues, funny thing is I give leads to guys here who are to busy to handle them also. I just sometimes wish they would just call me an say I'm to busy. Its really irritating to get the call from the lead saying no one showed up.

Sunbrite is experiencing growing pains, not really a bad thing to have I would say. I'm sure PETE & tracy will handle it in the next few weeks.

I'm sure they are interested in your comments, they own a service business just like we do. We want our customers when a problem happens to address it, this is the only way you get better.
 
Ron, you bet. Things go good and bad somedays. I hate when any customer experiences a problem. I am always willing to listen to a customer for the good and the bad. I think after that, how it gets handled makes the difference. We have had some problems. People were fired, others got moved around. Pete's been packing in the warehouse with me and sweating hard. We work hard for our customers and whatever problems have been, will be no more. We will be the excellent supplier you have come to know. I just think that it's unfair to cry "bad service' when immediate gratification has not ben given. Especially in the heat of the season. But if all of our competitors are getting it right, then I guesse it was time for some changes here. Now please, anyone that has a problem with Sun Brite and our service, please let me now personally at 770-277-9924 ext 25. If it isn't handle after that, then by all means it's time to tell the world. Till then, please allow me to work hard for you.....
