Bt200 and Tire Marks

Yesterday we were doing some cleaning at a local university since the kids were out of school for Easter. In one of the patio areas there are several tire marks from bicycles so we took some BT200 hopeing to clean up the tire marks. We found on the brick paver areas that the BT200 cleaned up the tire marks by letting it dwell for no more than 20 minutes. However on the concrete areas which was sealed the BT200 had no effect at all. Our mix was 1 to 1. Before we left we retreated the concrete areas with the BT200 and are letting it dwell until Monday that will be giving it about 65 hours of dwell time. Since the marks was on top of the sealer I would have thought that it would have cleaned up as easy as it did on the brick pavers. In fact I thought the pavers would have been more of a issue on cleaning up the marks.
