Just wondering how much work you guys sub out there?

Do you sub windows, sweeping, interior cleaning or anything else?

We sub from time to time and found that it works great if you can find good people to sub work to. Don't have to spend any money in expenses and you make money doing nothing.

Just wondering what everyone's thoughts were on this...
 
We sub out most of our window cleaning.
 
I sub out sweeping. Not my area of expertise, and sweepers charge $65 an hour so I cannot justify the equipment expense.
 
I sub out most of the window cleaning and all of the sweeping. I'll do ground level windows or anything that requires a boom lift to reach I'll do it myself.

My window washers though hire me sometimes on their jobs just to operate the boom lift for them.
 
We don't sub out any work. We get subbed out for some jobs at times and sometimes we get a gift from other companies we passed off work to and vise a versa but non of that is expected. This works for us but subbing is smart business for most.
