Help with large commercial building.

Greetings all,

I need some help on a large commercial building. It is block with stucco and Dryvit covering. General dirt and mold. Up to 5 stories high with very limited access for lift truck. Many areas have three stories more accessible from the second story roof below. Access to all roofs so we could work from top down. All help is appreciated and welcomed.

Questions:

How to reach and hit this with low pressure? X-Jet?, Lance?, Coress pole?, Other ideas?

Chemicals? SH and soap, Wet and forget? Any suggestions?

How to bid this beast? SQFT? Linear per floor? Factor Bid, Hourly WAG (wild A$$ guess)?

get some practice on smaller projects first then you will have already figured this out for yourself
