K guys just curious what can get this up I've already done wash job at this location couldn't get this up. Thinking its fertilizer burn or sumn. Needs to be gone by Fri afternoon.....tips appreciated

The white stains look like efflorescense or lime.

I would email pics to mike at eacochem and give him a call, he is great with this stuff.
 
Try two stepping it? I've done it before but you better know what you are doing! It looks to me like there was a planter there and the water has leached out leaving a calcium stain on the surface.
