Speaking of staying cool and staying hydrated, I do not know what the temperatures are going to be like for the rest of the country but here in TN it is supposed to be over 100 degrees. A buddy from my softball team last week brought a pump up sprayer filled with water and would spray his face during the game. Our next game is at 1 PM this upcoming Sunday (in excess of 100 degrees) and you can bet that I am stealing his idea and bringing the water filled pump up sprayer. Obviously this is not to replace drinking fluids, but it feels nice and helps keep you cool.
 
We hit a record of 105 the other day, not highest ever but the highest on that day ever.

I remember working at the refinery loading chemicals into railcars when it was 107 and 108 years ago.

You have to keep hydrated throughout the day when working outside in the hotter temp days.
