New Updated Website - Need Comments

Hello everyone. I would like to know if you could provide some feedback as we move forward developing additional areas of our website. We have the home page completed and several pages under the home page tab. Our web team is working diligently to add additional content under the residential, business and articles tabs. The entire site should be completed in 4 days.

Of course we use Wordpress and especially the SEO Plugin for Wordpress is outstanding.

Chris.... Some constructive criticisms for you to consider:

1) Im not a fan of auto play videos especially ones which you cannot pause or turn the sound off or down.
2) Your phone number needs to be highlighted more. From what I gather it only appears in small print on the home page...once a visitor clicks on an internal page they will not be able to find your phone number easily.
3) The site has not been designed with SEO in mind which is the biggest issue. No point having a site if nobody will ever find it.

I have to agree on the auto play. The one thing that really caught my attention is the "We are here to earn your business" at the start of the video. That throws me off right away as you are not solving a problem but yours. You have to let them know that you will solve their problems and right away that turned me off. Plus the video is a continuous loop so it just keeps playing.

Something is wrong with the header to me also. I think it is the navigation menu being at the top instead of the middle or bottom of the header.

Yes the phone number should be all over the place and bold. I make it part of the logo image at the top of the page.

Your Residential, Commercial and Business Services pages are all blank.

Take a look at your deck page and you will see 2 photos with the code visible. It was inserted incorrectly.

Last thing.... EVERY page needs a call to action and your phone number big and visible.

Note - feedback was requested for the home page only - we are still developing additional pages - the home page and the links under the home tab are completed - all others are still being developed as we speak
