Do you provide Pressure Washing Services in Orange County CA?

We are looking for one Company who provides Pressure Washing Services in Orange County CA to occupy the exclusive sub-domain of http://orangecounty.pressurewashing.net/

This is the first time I have done this (but probably not the last), that is create a sub-domain before we have a member to fill it. There are a few reasons why I have done this but basically it is because it Orange County is a big market and we are interested in Growing the Network especially in the bigger marketplaces as fast as possible and Orange County is the last position available in the entire Southern Californian region.

We have had much success in the competitive marketplaces of Southern California in a short period of time ranking all of our members on the front page for various searches including Pressure Washing San Diego Pressure Washing Los Angeles Pressure Washing Southern California & Number 1 for Pressure Washing Ventura County

I have created 10 pages on the site this morning to get the ball rolling including for specific services such as Concrete Cleaning, Driveway Cleaning, Sidewalk Cleaning, Roof Cleaning & House Washing.
I know all of these pages will be indexed by posting these links on this forum within a matter of hours and I believe that they will most likely be indexed onto the first page of Google, perhaps the Roof Cleaning page will need a little help with "off site optimization" to get that ranking onto the first page but I would not be surprised if that is ranking page 1 as well.

OC now has 3 of its pages indexed on Google and has:
- multiple first page rankings for various searches
- multiple number 1 rankings for about 3 keyword phrases that I can see so far.
not only for Orange County but for Anaheim, Santa Ana, Huntington Beach and Orange CA.

If you look at the map Diamond Bar actually borbers Los Angeles, Orange and San Bernardino Counties. I'm actually in Los Angeles County though.

Maybe Cullen can split it between us. You can have the Southern end of the county and I'll take the northern end. It would work out best for both of us I think.

I would certainly like to help you both out Gentlemen, and I have no problem spliting the position of OC, however I cannot take you onto the network to compete against my exclusive members in LA, SD or Southern California who effectively is occupying the position of Riverside/San Bernardino.

If you have some ideas about how we could split the position of OC so that you can both effectively market to your service areas within the OC, but not be in competition with the exclusive members within the same areas I would be happy to hear your thoughts.

I would like to maintain the sub-domain OrangeCounty.PressureWashing.net perhaps we could create another sub-domain Anaheim.PressureWashing.net which would help you Vince generate work in the Northern part of Orange County. Let me know your thoughts, I would need to talk to my members before any decision can be made.

Also could you please let me know your exact location Igor. After reviewing your website, I could possibly help you out more so because you look to be more involved in domestic work whereas the member in San Diego is only interested in Commercial.
