Simple reclamation setup

There are many types of reclaim systems, it depends on what type of work you are doing and the surroundings as to which type will be the most efficient for the job at hand.

I have used something as simple as a bucket and a pump for reclaim. It worked really well for a truck wash job I was returning to every week.

Guy how is North Carolina coming in terms of reclaim?

Depends on what area of NC you're in. Charlotte BMP's may be different than Raleigh's and so on, but as far as NC as a whole it's (so far) fair regulation.

So far NC is following the lead of other States, discharge in landscaped areas is allowed (with limitations) discharge to sanitary sewer is allowed with some discharge limitations such as solids, PH, and in some cases a discharge permit. Again check local regulations to be sure.

Scott, would you please elaborate?

We have some jobs were we put down berms filled with either sand or water. The berms stops the water in a low spot and we put down a utility pump and pump the water into a containment tank. Very simple and effective. When dealing with alot of soaps, vacuums tend to foam up alot. This method you dont have to worry about all the foam.
