Proposal & Invoice Software

I am using the Customer Factor and a separate program for proposals from Office Max. I'm looking for something different as well.

There are alot of QB knock offs out there but QB is by far the best for small businesses. it is generally more expensive than the others but worth every penny.

I know microsoft has a program, Quicken, peachtree, small business pro, or you can do everything with excel. just remember your accountant WILL HATE YOU.

and a good accountant should save you as much as they charge....and most use QB

I've been using "my deluxe invoices and estimates" for over 5 years. It was cheap to buy, it's easy to use and it gets the job done. Even my propane supplier uses the same program.

I was using invoice deluxe as well up until it locked me out.
Had to start another company and start all over again.

So then I found invoice2go for my phone. That's all I use now.

Ouickbooks is well worth the money and will save you time.

trying out customer factor right now.....
Stick with it and learn it...you will get to love it. Its gotten very detailed and full of features that take some learning and getting used to.I have been using this for quite some time(years) now and think its great. The number of updates and new features these guys put in is amazing. It takes some getting used to but the scheduling, automatic reminders and email capabilities are what I think separates this program from all the others I have used.

Tried it for a month and canceled it. Doesn't really do anything I don't already get w QB and IPhone calendar.
