More extreme coil cleaning

I don't think this coil had ever been cleaned. Chris (the best coil cleaner on the planet) had to cut the front grid into multiple parts just to get access to the coil. The unit was installed within 1 inch of an I beam and the grid was almost two inches deep so it wasn't going to come off without cutting it into small pieces.

Probably 15 years of buildup. Most guys would walk away from this one or just clean it from one side and never get it fully clean.

To reach it he had to lay on his back, let all his air out to scoot a few inches, then take a few breaths and repeat over and over again till he got to the spot he needed to get to.

He nailed it.

Before, those dark spots aren't clean spots, but rather they are wet areas from condensation.

After, dark areas are just stains we didn't think were bad enough to bring out the chems.

Very nice job, looks like you squeezed a tube of grease on the brush. I'm sure that the customer is very happy with the results!

Nice work on the Coil cleaning Chris. I am amazed how dirty they get, not somthing you would normally think about cleaning but like you sait the payback in energy savings more than makes it worthwhile.
