Freshly painted home bleeding brown thru paint!

The home was painted a year ago.

Standard house wash simple cherry and some SH was unable to put a dent on stains.

I am confused, was this house freshly painted or painted a year ago?

If the stain is in the paint, there is nothing you can do unless you are a painter also.

Looks like they did not kill the mold/mildew before painting and it is coming through the paint. I have seen this happen a lot of times.

The additives they put into the paint don't always work when there is mold/mildew there on the surface and not taken care of before painting.

The house wash mix will not soak through the paint to address the problem, it needs to be taken care of by a painter unless you also paint.

Bet they got a great deal on the paint/ painting company when they had the job done. Pay for it now or pay for it later. Looks like they chose LATER.

Is that a stucco type finish? Is this the only area that these stains are present?...it almost look like rust bleeding through. It looks like a covered area and seems that if it was mold and mildew it would be on the ceiling as well. A larger and wider pic as well as a more close up pic would help.

It definitely looks like a rust stain.

They should have used a sealer primer like kilz then painted would not have bleed through
