You all know Russ, you read his post's. He can look at a picture of a machine and tell you the guy who is trying to sell it to you as an 8gpm unit is lying. "that pump wont push that with that motor " he'll say. Today he fixed one of my pumps over the phone, I just held the phone up to the machine, he whispered something, and it was done. Well, a little more to it than that. However he told me not to spend any money and he walked me through a quick injector overhaul, done deal! Thanks Russ, the way that you do business and your knowledge are really impressive.
 
He wont take my calls anymore...I think he banned me.....lol. Just kidding, just hung up with him, had a question about his Roof Snot.

Hey Doug I had a question as well. He sent me a sample gallon of that snot and it worked well for Roof and H/W so I went to order a 5 gal and the delivery was $68.00? so I didn't order it.
