Apartment Complex

I'd have somebody call the apartment management and say that there are workers up on their roof without safety harnesses in violation of OSHA regulations. Add to that, the fact they are walking around with garden sprayers which are notorious for being unbalanced. That is just flat out Friggin RIDICULOUS!

Amazing. Unbelievable really. Its tiring pumping sprayers all day and very unproductive.
