Rust stains in the Florida Panhandle are really bad, especially around Pensacola to Navarre. Not sure about South Florida, but it's really bad here.

What did you use?

What happened to their grass, was it stolen? Repo'd? hahahahaha j/k
 
Used Oxalic Acid. We took the grass as collateral until they paid their bill...LOL
