HOA Vinyl Fence Cleaning Tampa, FL

My lil vinyl fence cleaning here in Tampa, FL. It's 1140 linear feet. Took just under a full day to clean. My girlfriend helped out so most of the credit goes to her!

Started first with soft wash, dwell time about a few mins then followed w/the final raise of pressure wash.

That vinyl fence cleaned up good, good job.
 
Nice job on the vinyl fence cleaning David. I love cleaning those. It's amazing how bad people actually let them get sometimes.
 
I bid on a job this weekend doing 150 yards of vinyl fencing. I thought I was going to have to hand scrub it all. Turns out hot water cleaned it off with one swipe. Saved me hours of work. Here are some before and afters.

Most of the time u can just downstream a good mix on them and walk away.

I did that today on one. Sprayed, did some of their deck, turned around and the fence was bright white and shiny.
 
We did one w lichen on I a few weeks ago. Sprayed mix on it. Then rinsed w open ball valve. The lichen fell off very easy
