We got a call to bid a new chick-fil-a. They want a bid to clean dumpster pads, all sidewalks, and drive thru dubble lane area. They are asking for a 7 day, 14 day, and 30 day bid. They want each area broken down and together. Also windows weekly about 80 of them in and out. Tile floors kitchen and dining, approx 4000 sq.ft. Play zone equipment inside the building cleaned, size unknown. Weekly lawn care. My question is how often do they really clean these in your areas and what are they willing to pay? They did not really seem to know what they wanted...send me an email if you have any helpfully thoughts. Thanks Steve

Thanks Ron ,What about 2012 are they going for weekly ,bi-weekly,monthly.I came up about35% still thinking about the tile price, and play equipment.not in stalled yet.and windows.what is the normal service they go.know one here in utah goes for weekly, its hard to get quarterly cleanings .utah is tight...10 and 20 years ago we did monthly now those same cust. are qt.and twice a year...crazzy

65 exterior windows only, 65 more for interior with Int. 95 interior only

Interior floor 425.00 only on schedule which is what they want. they want bathrooms too. Stay away from Play place if you can.

Russ, I am working on a deal for Chick-fil-A's in the Charlotte, NC region. Is this price sheet still accurate, or has it increased since posted?

Wow, Scott was talking about regional differences on another thread. That account wouldn't pay my electric bill. Cameron pays over $800/mo for a tiny two br apartment!

You guys should see what almost 30 years of aggressive marketing can do. I am still amazed at how clean most restaurants in Phoenix are. They have been relentlessly shamed by Ron and the competitors he has created to the point where dirty concrete is the exception instead of the norm.

Hopefully we UAMCC members can get that trend started in a lot more cities over the next few years.
