Phoenix is pretty nice and pretty bad I've been watching Property Wars on Discovery that show is a trip buying houses blind except for looking around outside.

It is a shame you did not get all of the trucks in the picture. I am pretty proud of my fleet, even if they are not low mile diesels. However, the creepy guy needed the cops called.

Could I get an autographed copy of that first picture suitable for framing??? Then I can photshop me into the middle and tell people that I know these guys and we are all famous pressure washing contractors. PLEASE ;)
