Rust Remover

I guess it depends on your budget and desired profit margin.

1/2 - 1 cup oxalic acid per gallon of water. Depending on situation. Cost about $1 per pound.

Ox wouldn't get results on like this, particularly on this type of metallic deep rust.

I'm not sure how much product the F9 Applicator used on this job but by the looks of it I would use about 2 to 2.5 gals, mixed. So right around 1.5 gals of F9 concentrate.

F9 definitely is the best for rust removal no doubt!

Is everyone using F-9 full strength? or are you having good results with dilution?

Mark, F9 works better when diluted. Strongest we'll ever make it is 1/3 gallon of water to 1 gallon product. Weakest is 3 parts water to 1 part F9. If it's just oxidation on vinyl or something then we'll go 10:1.
