The proper question would be, How long would it take? Time will help you arrive at your expenses, as machine use gas over time, spray chemical over time and payroll costs money over time and you need to pay yourself. Also, every business should make a profit so you might want to add a few points for that. Some guys charge $125 per hour, but the ones who are more efficient can double that. Lack of efficiency will have it's consequences.

Maybe someone will PM him, I'm in NC and I have no idea what they charge in PA. I know what it takes for my business to make a profit, I don't know what it takes for his to make a profit.

Not trying to be an A-Hole, but you've got a pressure washing business, you know how to wash, but don't know how to charge........I don't get it.

Charge as much as you can get.

When you are washing Canopy be very careful its not been repainted with a Cheap indoor Latex water based paint. It will look like its snowing and its actually the paint coming off. I suggest you try a straight surfactant first. Stay away from typical gutter cleaners until you test. Often its Carbon and Oxidation
