Hey guys, how is everyone? I have a lady who I've been washing her home for years but she owns a machine shop, that has never been cleaned. Take a look at these pics and plz let me know what you all think. This is over 12 years of build up from metal shavings coming through the exhaust vents. I read Daniels thread from February which was a similar situation. I guess F9 would work the best but these stains are thick. Also pricing the job, I do not do a lot of commercial, don't want to overbid but more importantly underbid either. Any thoughts

I think you would be ok with the F9, it has removed all kinds of rust for me down here in South Texas.
 
This is the PERFECT job for F9 BARC. F9 is the Ferrari of rust cleaners and there is no better choice for the absolute best results! F9 is a concentrate and needs to be diluted with 50% water so you'll get quite a bit of coverage too. Call me with any questions and I'll be happy to discuss. 855-803-1133
