Bare Aluminum

I'm pricing a job and need a little help with one part of it. It's got about 6000 Sqft of stone and concrete, a 950 sqft deck and a bunch of glass. I'm good with all that. A 70x41 bare aluminum building has to be cleaned also. One side is mostly glass. The rest of it I'm not sure how to price. Never cleaned bare aluminum before, so I have no past experience to go on for how long it may take. The top 2 feet on the back side of the building is black black black. The rest just looks somewhat dirty. Appears to be light corrosion that is blackish in color. The aluminum on this building is similar in appearance to a quanset hut. Comes out to just under 2600 sqft of surface to be cleaned.

is that a touchless product, or will it require some agitating?

Spray it on and wash it off. We have two types.

Two step it....If you use a brighter be sure to neutralize and avoid the glass. There are some acids that can get on the glass without immediately etching it (such as some phosphoric blends) but you will still need to neutralize it to prevent damage.
