The tips this comes with are metering tips for drawing the chemical and they are specifically for this. On the discharge any nozzles would work as long as they are large enough (soap nozzle).

Paul was going to check into a 8gpm version for me as well. He did not get back to me yet.

the 6 gpm version should work but we are waiting to hear back fro lafferty to know for sure.

Lafferty HPSS

Just received my new Lafferty HPSS Foamer. Can't wait to try it out.

Any of the distributors here carry the optional Zero degree tip?

Educate me here. If the max pressure on the water inlet is 1000psi and I hook it to a 3000psi machine, is the device going to compensate for the extra pressure or should I regulate the pressure down to 1000psi (or less)?

I'm pretty sure as long as you're using the proper low pressure soap nozzles that you won't overpressure it, but really Paul needs to confirm that.

Low pressure soap nozzles only drop the pressure while the trigger is open. So when you're not spraying your pressure increases through the line from the pump to the gun.

That's true but this appears to be a nozzle so it would be past the trigger gun or ball valve.

Edit... also depends on unloader type. I use a flow unloader so there never is a "trapped " pressure in the hose.

In my case the pressure would be at the foamer, which is (or at least appears to be) limited to 1000psi.
