Price This

The GM of this Hotel wants the North side only cleaned because of the mold and algea growth. I told her the whole building and roof needed cleaned as well and she said it probably wasn't in her budget to do it all. I've never attempted a job of this size but know I can. She has requested a quote for the north side cleaning and one for the whole building plus the roof. Do I price it out the same as I would someone's home?

Don't look at it as a large item, brake it down into smaller sections and see how long it will take you to clean, you will have to have a lift so make sure there are no power lines around if you need more help feel free to give a call!
