Need some help on pricing

Here is a project that we are bidding on. 3 of the 4 sides can be easily accessed from roof top next to the gym. The 1 side that is left will need to be done by a lift. I know we will you use a house wash mix to wash it with. Just need some help on pricing . Total square feet to be washed is 12,000.

Why do you need a lift ? Should be able to clean from the ground....
I would ck out what is causing the black streaks...Could be cheap rusting fastners...
 
The lift is for the east side of building. There is nothing to stand on like the other sides. The black streaks look to becoming from the top where the flashing is. Wasn't able to get an up close and personal look due to construction going on all around the gym
 
I see that all the time down here and it is hard to get off. ....Guess Im used to doing 2-3 stories from the ground......Good Luck !
 
If you had an 8gpm machine you should be able to do the job from the ground, I have done some buildings like that from the ground.

If you cannot get an 8gpm machine, I would plan on a lift.

It does not look too bad, maybe $.10 per sq.ft plus the lift, more or less.

Well are you sure that $10/sq.ft is right price because I think its too much if you calculate the price of total cleaning. So I think you need to less that price because it will be more good for you if you give discount to your client, he will always call you first for cleaning services.

Read what I typed again with young eyes grasshopper. $.10 not $10 There is that little thing called a dot before the 10 so that means it is 10 cents per sq.ft, not ten dollars per square foot.

Quit that nasty habit, you are going blind young man! hahahahaha j/k
 
How did this work out?? quick question, when using the sq. foot method for pricing are you adding total surface are to be cleaned or just the footprint of the building.

Did you use your 4gpm machine or did you get a new one? I'm working with a 4gpm machine right now and have a 3 1/2 house that we just bid on and was wondering if my machine will shoot that far.
